An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This group offers clients a supportive space to learn and practice CBT and DBT tools for managing mental health challenges including depression anxiety self-esteem and life’s daily stressors. With a focus on mindfulness and self-care clients will build skills to handle stress more effectively and develop a compassionate to personal well-being. Authenticity and vulnerability are encouraged creating a safe environment for clients to explore share and grow together.
